"Who's the hypocrite here?
'Hypocrisy does not mean saying something different now than you have done in the past. If that were so, no parent who has ever taken drugs could advise their children not to do the same. Rather, it means doing something now that is different from what you currently say.
Joe Miller is not a hypocrite for saying that providing health, unemployment and farm benefits is not a federal government function, yet taking advantage of federal and state benefits himself.
He is a person who believes in following the U.S. Constitution, which says the federal government has certain enumerated functions and, per the 10th Amendment, any functions not specifically delegated to it are reserved to the states and local governments.
However, I believe Lisa Murkowski is a hypocrite for promising to support the winner of the Republican Primary and then changing her mind when she lost. She has the legal right to do so, but to me it shows a lack of character, indicating that she will do anything to keep power."
